What happened: I purchased a pair of boot heels yesterday from your store located in university park mall in Mishawaka. It was the last pair in my size (*.*) and was no longer available online to order. I noted the shoes had been worn and pointed it out to the manager as I was being rung up. She agreed they looked used and someone had probably wore them and returned them. I inquired about a discount due to the shoes being previously used and not having any box and I could not order a new pair due to them being out of stock. I was told that wasn’t an option and if I wanted the shoes I had to pay the price that was being rung up. I feel like I should have been accommodated. What happened: First off Torrid charged me twice for an online order. I was unable to contact a person that would assist. I tried Torrid as well as their CC a Comenity Bank, store card.* Second, I get an email update regarding the tracking of a different order. The email states that the order was delivered today. I've been home ALL day...nothing has been delivered to my address.**Lastly, I never get my points credit for opening their daily emails. I've simply given up. Also, when I order online...i don't get credited for Haute Cash* Torrid $$$. **I stopped shopping at Torrid altogether for over a year. There are lots of cool retailers that now offer plus sizes. I shop Stitch-Fix and Nordstoms with excellent results. **I would NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS recommend Torrid. The company is lazy, clothes are poorly made and they are dishonest in my dealings with them.**Good luck finding anyone that will assist you.
