"Coupon worked right away"
I used a Torrid coupon on an order with a bra and jeans, and it worked on the first try with no weird extra steps. I’m always a little cautious with promo codes because I don’t want to get all the way to checkout and find out the discount isn’t real, but this one showed up in the cart right away. Checkout was simple, and I felt good about placing the order.

The colors matched the photos pretty much exactly, at least from what I can tell. I was kind of expecting them to look different in person, but there weren’t any weird surprises.

"Good sale prices, but the wait was annoying"
I ordered from Torrid during a sale and overall I’m happy with what I got. The discount definitely made it feel worth it, and the clothes were actually nice quality, not cheap or super thin. Everything fit about how I expected too. My only real complaint is the waiting, I kept checking the tracking and it felt like it took forever to get here. Still, I’ll probably be stalking the sale section again.

I order from Torrid often, my regular size fits almost every time. That’s a big deal for me because I’m always a little wary about buying clothes online and not knowing if I’ll have to deal with returns. It just makes the whole thing feel a lot less risky and way less stressful.

I was a little suspicious at first because fabrics like this usually start feeling itchy after a few hours, but this one stayed soft all day. No scratching, no weird irritation, just really comfortable.

I ordered my usual size and everything fit pretty much exactly how I hoped. The jeans had a nice amount of stretch without getting baggy after wearing them, and the tops sat well without feeling too tight. it made online shopping way less annoying, especially since bad sizing feels like such a preventable headache.

I really appreciated that Torrid’s return policy was easy to find and actually simple to understand. Ordering clothes online can be a little stressful since you never know how something will fit, so it was nice knowing exactly what to do if I needed to send anything back. Nothing’s ever totally perfect, but having that info laid out clearly made the whole experience feel a lot less risky.

I’ve ordered from torrid.com a few times now, and the thing I notice most is what *hasn’t* gone wrong. I’m always kind of expecting tees to shrink weirdly or leggings to get stretched out after a few washes, because that’s happened to me with other places, but these have actually held their shape well.
The colors have stayed decent too, even on the darker tops, which I was worried would fade fast. I’m not doing anything fancy either, just regular washing and sometimes hang drying. I still keep an eye on them because I don’t totally trust clothes to hold up anymore, but so far I’ve been happy.

Not gonna lie, I’ve ordered from TORRID a few times now and I’ve been happy overall. The jeans fit really well and don’t stretch out super fast, which I appreciate. A couple of the shirts were thinner than I expected, but they’re still cute and wearable. The prices can be a bit high, but most of the time the quality makes it feel worth it.
